A third property now under Celadon's management is the 3-star River House a budget and backpacker hotel on the banks of Hue 's celebrated Perfume River . This hotel will be extended from 58 rooms to 150 rooms and refurbished in 2006/7. Once completed it will be a chic, trendy hotel for the budget conscious traveler.
